This repair service is currently available only to customers located in Spain and Portugal. At this time, we are not able to accept motors sent from other countries. We hope to resume our repair service for the rest of Europe soon.

We offer the following services:

Inspection and quotation
With this service, we open the motor, assess its condition and send you a quotation for the repairs required. If you approve the repair, the inspection fee is deducted from the final cost.

Complete maintenance
We replace the official motor service kit, the bearing on the left-hand side and any other bearings or components that need replacing.

All services include:

✅ Cleaning and condition assessment
✅ Labour
✅ Lubrication with the official grease

Shipping included: Send us a message on WhatsApp and we will arrange the collection and return of the motor.

We also work with bicycle shops.

Not included:

Removal and installation of the motor on the bicycle.
