Brose Belt Maintenance Kit – Aluminium Motors / Specialized Gen1

The Brose T & S Drive Belt Kit lets you replace the internal belt in your Brose motor and restore it to like-new condition.
This is the new reinforced carbon version — stronger and more durable than the original.

Compatible with:
Brose Aluminium motors, as well as Specialized Turbo Levo 1.2 and 1.3 models.

Kit Contents:

• Reinforced Carbon Belt: The main belt that replaces the worn or damaged original.

• Motor Cover Gasket: Ensures proper sealing and distance between the cover and the housing.

• Small Circular O-Ring: Fits into the smaller sealing groove inside the casing.

• Belt Tension Screw: Tighten to 0.2 Nm to avoid damage during operation.

• Warranty Sticker: Confirms kit authenticity.

Installation Tip:
Apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly (vaseline) to the belt before fitting, and tighten using a calibrated torque wrench to 0.2 Nm.
