Bosch Gen2 Motor Maintenance Kit (BDU2XXX)

The official Bosch maintenance kit for second-generation drive units.
Essential for keeping your Bosch Gen2 motor in optimal condition and ensuring long-term reliability.

This kit includes:

• Right-side motor cover (with gasket, bearing, and freewheel assembly)

• Plastic gear

• Internal Bosch motor grease for transmission components

• Bearing protection grease

• New screws for the motor cover

• Repair instruction manual

• Service kit with felt sealing ring (BDU2XX)

⚙️ Note:
The official Bosch kit only includes the right-hand side of the motor — which is the side most exposed to wear.
However, for a complete repair, you should also replace the left crankshaft bearing, reference PLB00521.
