Description:

Synthetic technical grease for plain and roller bearings, with excellent resistance to water, oxidation and wear under high loads. Designed for demanding conditions in e-bike motors, can be used in Bosch Gen4 systems.

Composition: synthetic hydrocarbon oil + barium complex soap thickener.

High load capacity even in humid environments and with aggressive agents.

Effectively protects against corrosion, oxidation and ageing.

Compatible with plastic materials found in electric motors.

Technical performance:

Operating temperature: –50 °C to 120 °C (short peaks up to 150 °C).

Drip point: > 240 °C.

Homogeneous, slightly fibrous texture with good dynamic penetration.

Excellent resistance to water and aqueous media, ideal for areas exposed to moisture or splashes.

Recommended applications:

Enclosed gears and pulleys under pressure.

Plain or roller bearings under high loads.

Internal engine areas exposed to moisture.

Precautions for use:

Do not apply excessively to avoid additional friction.

Not recommended in bearings specifically designed for light grease when maximum efficiency is required.

Keep container tightly closed in a dry place to maintain its properties.
